Return Policy
We accept returns on accessories up to 30 days from the date ordered. We only accept returns on unopened or broken items in the original packaging. On returned items, you will be refunded or credited for your full amount. Return shipping is however your responsibility unless the item is broken.
Since tea is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
